Oregon Cheese - 500 g
Cream Cheese (type : philadelphia) - 500 g
Salt - Q.S.
Fresh Thyme - Q.S.

Additional ingredients needed
Belcolade Origins Uganda 80


Mix the 2 types of cheese together in a batter. Whip them.
Let them cool down in the fridge and whip again.

Final Assembly

Make small squares with the Belcolade Origins Uganda 80. Pipe a dot of cheese on top of the chocolate square and repeat this once. Finish with a chocolate square and a smaller dot of cheese and finish with a little bit of salt, some fresh thyme and chive.
