Instead of starting from the cocoa ingredients in order to obtain the resulting chocolate taste, we imagine a new taste and then only design it as a chocolate. 

All this is possible thanks to the combination of the best of Belcolade chocolate taste proficiency with the mastering of Cacao-Trace cocoa fermentation and overall fermentation expertise.

Store in a dry place. R.H.: max 60%. Between 16 and 20°C.
