Ingredients
  • 500 g
  • 400 g
Preparation
  • Deposit 10g drops of tempered Belcolade Origins Blanc Papua New Guinea 36% Organic Cacao-Trace chocolate onto a guitar sheet and blow out into rounds using an airbrush.
  • Pipe 8g of Deli Citron into the centre of each disc. 
  • Cover with a further 8g of white chocolate then blow out again using the airbrush.
  • Decorate with tempered Belcolade Origins Noir Papua New Guinea 73% Organic Cacao-Trace chocolate for the eyes and mouth and finish with a chocolate carrot nose.
