Belcolade Origins Dominican Republic 31 1 kg


Place on a plate finely rasped parmesan cheese and let it bake in an oven at 160 °C until the color changes to light brown/yellow color. Keep dry after baking.
Melt and temper 1 kg Belcolade Origins Dominican Republic 21 and add 10-15 % cold grilled parmesan cheese.
Pour onto a plate or put in tablet moulds of your choice. Let it crystallize during at least 2 hours until complete crystallization.
De-mould and store after packaging at 16 °C.
