Third place at the Trophée Pascal Caffet

David Redon, International Technical Advisor Chocolate in Patisserie at Puratos, took third place at the 14th Trophée Pascal Caffet, which was held at le Salon de la Gastronomie in Troyes (France) on 9-10 November 2013. This prestigious competition has been organised since 1997 by Pascal Caffet, World Champion Patisserie in Las Vegas in 2004 and Meilleur Ouvrier de France since 1989. The main objective of the competition is to promote the work and creativity of chocolatiers.
