New recipe guide to help users of its Cryst-o-fil fillings create a range of tantalising, chic and utterly delicious pralines and patisserie products

Today’s consumers want to enjoy new tastes and evermore indulgent confectionery. So, to help make it easier for chocolate and pastry makers to capitalise on this growing demand, this new guide contains a range of exclusive praline and patisserie recipes for our Cryst-o-fil range of dark, milk and white chocolate fillings.

Created by Belcolade's expert chocolatiers and patissiers, the recipes include tempting delights such as Galaxie Orange made with Cryst-o-fil milk chocolate, candied orange peel and a generous dash of Cointreau, and Perles De Cristal Coco made with Cryst-o-fil white chocolate, coconut, candied orange peel and Malibu, for an authentic taste of the Caribbean.

The aim of the guide is to inspire users to create their own unique pralines and patisserie items. That's why, in addition to the recipes we have already created, the guide also features recommended inclusion levels for when mixing additional ingredients with Cryst-o-fil. These will help users to express their creativity further still; providing guidance on how to use Cryst-o-fil with sugars, candied fruits, spirits and other ingredients with confidence.

Made with real Belgian chocolate, refined vegetable oils and anhydrous milk, Cryst-o-fil contains less than 2% trans-fatty acids. Cryst-o-fil is incredibly flexible and easy to use.
