A world first: new Easy Temper chocolate solution from Belcolade

Belcolade has created the world’s first range of Easy Temper chocolate, together with a unique starter kit, so that bakers, hotels, patisseries and restaurants will find it easier than ever before to introduce the great taste and quality of The Real Belgian Chocolate to their products.
Created for those who find the time, specialist equipment and skill associated with conventional tempering either too costly or daunting, Easy Temper provides a fast, reliable and virtually skill-free way of tempering up to 3kg of Real Belgian chocolate at a time.
Consisting of a new range of chocolate (Easy Temper Noir, Lait, Blanc), which when mixed with the cocoa butter supplied, results in fully tempered real Belgian chocolate. Each has been developed specifically for use with the Easy Temper starter kit, which contains everything the user needs to temper chocolate successfully in this new and easy way, such as a special microwaveable plastic bowl, spatula, thermometer, moulds and handbook (containing information on all there is to know about working with real chocolate, plus recipe ideas to get you started).
The starter kit also includes a step-by-step temperature guide. Based on room temperature (measured using the starter kit's multi-use thermometer) and the amount of chocolate required, the guide tells the user what temperature the chocolate must be heated to before the Belcolade cocoa butter must be added, to achieve perfectly tempered chocolate.
The Handbook also shows how, after tempering, the chocolate can be used for enrobing, moulding, dipping and decorations, and includes easy-to-follow recipes for delights such as moulded hollow hearts, cocoa butter decorated lollipops, candied-fruit and nut topped mendiants.
Supplied as drops for easy dosing, each of the dark, milk and white Belcolade Easy Temper chocolate is supplied in 8x1kg packs. Also included in the box is the required 800g bag of Belcolade cocoa butter.
