Cocoa butter is a key ingredient for making the finest chocolate. In order to facilitate its manipulation, Belcolade has developed an innovative format: cocoa butter in small, easy-to-dose drops. This product innovation makes it possible to quickly and precisely add the desired quantity of butter. The easy-to-dose format of the drops make it possible to select the exact quantity of butter you need, without having to cut or melt a chunk of butter first. You just add the drops directly to the liquid chocolate at 40-45°C, and done!  Adapting the fluidity of the chocolate to your wishes has never been easier. Moreover, the butter drops help stabilize the texture of praline-based fillings and mousses and can be coloured by nutritional powders.
