Belcolade's Cryst-o-fil starred at the 2nd International Chocolate Symposium

On 2nd March 2007, the 2nd International Chocolate Symposium: “Chocolate Tomorrow” took place. The symposium fitted within the framework of the chocolate festival Choco-Laté, and was organised by the Choco-Story chocolate museum and the city of Bruges, in collaboration with Belcolade.
For the second year running, Chocolate Tomorrow succeeded in being the meeting place for the most comprehensive presentation of future trends and developments in the chocolate industry, offering knowledge and insights around the 3 central themes. For a full report click here.
