“Impressive”, “Very knowledgeable”, “I have learnt a lot from the seminar”, “The Belgian master is really terrific”, “Cryst-o-fil is what I am looking for”

….these are comments from customers who attended the Chocolate Seminars for HORECA and Key Accounts in Beijing and Guangzhou, China.  The events were overwhelming, and follow-up programs are already in the planning for 2008.

During the HORECA seminars in BJ and GZ on Nov. 27th and 29th, although most customers have used Belcolade for years because of the hard work of the artisan sales teams, the Innovation Centers were still packed with enthusiastic chocolate professionals. On Nov. 30th, thanks to Aric Liang and his team, Puratos China succeeded in attracting more than 20 local industry chocolate customers to attend the seminar for Key Accounts, among which, some customers' annual chocolate consumption is up to a thousand tonnes! 

Without a doubt, Stef Aerts was definitely the STAR of the event.  He impressed all the participants with his intensive chocolate knowledge, skills to manipulate chocolate and most importantly his passion for chocolate!  Witnessing how easily Stef has turned Cryst-o-fil into all kinds of pralines, some HORECA customers immediately expressed an interest to purchase, two industry customers have even requested large samples for their own immediate on-line trials!
