Belcolade attended this years ISM show (International Sweets and Biscuits Fair) for the 19th year in succession, and unveiled a brand new-look booth, delighting customers from around the world. After many months of assessing and selecting the most distinctive cocoa beans to create new origins for our well-established exclusive Collection Range, Belcolade was pleased to launch the 3 which offer the desired specificity and uniqueness.

The 3 new Origins : Noir Collection Uganda 80; Lait Collection Vanuatu 44 and Blanc Collection Dominican Republic 31, delighted visitors on the Belcolade booth, as they experienced these new taste sensations.

Once again, the Belcolade booth was brought to life by one of our professional demonstrators, Stéphane Leroux (MOF Pâtisserie 2004), as he used Origins from the Collection Range to complement a whole host of chocolate applications made using Cryst-o-fil®.

Moving to a new location with a bigger and more exclusive-looking stand, made this year the best yet for Belcolade as we continue to share our passion for chocolate with our customers. 2008 is Belcolade's 20th anniversary, so the event was an ideal location to begin the year ahead of us which will be filled with celebrations around the world.
