The Fithep Fair is a fair for professionals in bakery, pastry, and chocolate business and it's the most important event in the sector for Argentina.

Over 3 days, the fair attracted 23.000 professionals.  On the Puratos booth they could have a glimpse on the bread and pastry demonstrations and last but not least seeing Martin Scala, Argentina's Chocolate Ambassador at work.  Martin demonstrated his chocolate knowledge by making several exquisite chocolate showpieces.
