During 2005, Puratos Spain made a big effort promoting one of its main services: customer training. Such an important challenge was done by concentrating many customers into a "Jornada Internacional Belcolade", national event

This important public relations event allows Puratos Spain to concentrate around 500 national top level patissiers and present them exclusive and original ideas to innovate.

The 5th edition of the 'Jornada Internacional Belcolade' was organised last October and took place in Sitges, a nice village close to Barcelona, where Puratos Spain met 500 professionals, as the photos show. 

The main objective was to present the Belcolade relaunching. This jornada was driven by Mr. Shimpei Asada, from Japan, who won the Silver Medal of the 2001 Patisserie Championship in Lyon, and Mr. Stef Aerts, from Belcolade. We also had some stands where customers could exchange ideas with our technicians and receive additional information.

In 2006, two new International Jornadas are planned. One is dedicated to PatisFrance and will take place in Barcelona, and the other one will be in Madrid, dedicated to Belcolade chocolate.
