On 2nd March 2007, the 2nd International Chocolate Symposium: “Chocolate Tomorrow” took place. The symposium fits within the framework of the chocolate festival Choco-Laté, and was organised by the Choco-Story chocolate museum and the city of Bruges, in collaboration with Belcolade. This years symposium was entitled “Chocolate Tomorrow – Trends in health, taste and shop concepts”. Over 150 participants from 12 different countries attended the event and enjoyed presentations from an international list of speakers from 4 nationalities in the beautiful location of the Concert Hall in Bruges.

For the second year running, Chocolate Tomorrow succeeded in being the meeting place for the most comprehensive presentation of future trends and developments in the chocolate industry, offering knowledge and insights around the 3 central themes.  For a full report click here.
