Belcolade and Editions Françoise Blouard premiered 2 new exclusive books at this year’s Salon du Chocolat in Paris : “Matière Chocolat” by Stéphane Leroux, and “Cacao, The Roots of Chocolate” by Dominique Persoone.

Belcolade and Editions Françoise Blouard premiered 2 new exclusive books at this year's Salon du Chocolat in Paris :  "Matière Chocolat" by Stéphane Leroux, and "Cacao, The Roots of Chocolate" by Dominique Persoone.

As soon as the doors to the Salon opened, customers were wowed by the unimaginable chocolate sculptures Stéphane Leroux (Technical Advisor at Belcolade) presented from his new 2 book box set. And alongside him, another true artist in his own right, Dominique Persoone (Bruges Chocolatier, The Chocolate Line) presented his book of his expedition through Mexico, tracing the roots of chocolate in Central America - showing visitors amazing recipes from the book, as well as his new 'cocoa sniffing kit'.
