Throughout the year, Belcolade's ownstanding chocolatiers organise, the whole year through, training sessions and seminars in the fully equipped Chocolate Center Centre.

The centre is also the creative home base for our talented demonstrators Stef Aerts and Stéphane Leroux.

Stef Aerts has a great experience as chocolate & pastry chef for prestious Belgian pastry companies such as Mahieu and Brees.  From 1998 he has worked on he works for the Puratos Group, first as technical advisor for Puratos Belgium and since 2002 as Chocolate Centre Supervisor for Belcolade.  He has been extremely successful in his work as as technical trainer at Belcolade and with his participation as the chocolate chef at a number of on the Belgian Chocolate Nights in Puratos subsidiaries throughout the world.  and. Stéphane Leroux has a long and great history as a chocolate & pastry chef.  He won the silver (2004) and bronze medal (2002) with the Belgian team at on the World Championships in Las Vegas, and twice picked up the first prize in the same competition in the category "Chocolate Showpiece".  One of the most respected chocolate and pastry chefs in the world, Stéphane has also been is also since 2004 Meilleur Ouvrier de France since 2004. This is a lifetime title awarded every three years to the winner of a grueling three day French pastry competition.  Amongst his professional experiences you will find prestigious references such as Marcolini and Debailleul.
