Origin
The natural richness of cocoa is determined by botanical, geological and climatic differences, combined with local practices. This results in a broad variety of cocoa with each particular region having its own specific taste profile.
For our "Collection" origin chocolate we have selected the most distinctive sources of cocoa which each individually excel in specificty and uniqueness. This uniqueness is revealed in a collection of 4 dark and 2 milk chocolates.
The Collection Range also features a number of products which are made using cocoa beans sourced from a farm which has been Rainforest Alliance Certified™, or carrying the Fairtrade Mark - exquisite chocolates, with a substainable use of resources and protection of environment in mind.
