Belcolade is one of the top Belgian chocolate manufacturers, using the best cocoa and - of course - 100% pure cocoa butter. Building on these premium principles, we conduct research to stay in line with current market trends, such as more nutritious chocolate. Recent Belcolade innovations include no sugar added, organic and origins. Other chocolate productsThroughout the world, Puratos produces a vast array of high quality chocolate products for professionals. Our laboratory teams are in frequent contact with customers in several local markets to continuously fine tune the production of couverture chocolate, coating compounds and fillings.
To better share ideas with our customers, we organize training programmes including everything from basic chocolate working skills to fine decorative techniques. We also offer courses about the use of chocolate in confectionery. On request, we can tailor all our programmes to different needs.
